    • I hereby declare that the above information provided by me is correct and I take responsibility for it.
    • I allow the organization to use my name, photograph, contact number or email ID for promotional activities or to be given to references if required.
    • I am made aware of all the scenarios pertaining to my profile and I accept the same.
    • I am made aware of the entire training program and its related information and I accept the same.

    I am made aware of and I accept that:

    • I am taking admission for the said course as mentioned in the enrollment form with SKILS.
    • I am made aware of the entire program structure, delivery mechanism and additional support provided by SKILS.
    • I agree that I will have to pay the applicable training charges as informed by SKILS for undergoing the training. Failure to pay the training charges may result in cancellation of the training.
    • I am aware and accept that the fees I am paying are only for undergoing the training.
    • I will be responsible for making my own arrangements for a system (PC) and internet connection for undergoing this training program.
    • SKILS, at its sole discretion, can change, increase or reduce the training fees or run promotional offers at any time. The fees charged to me have been explained to me and I accept the same. I will have no objection to any increase or reduction of fees by SKILS after my admission is completed.
    • I will be responsible for attending all training and evaluation sessions as scheduled by SKILS.
    • I will be given a Certificate of Course Completion by SKILS after successfully completing the training and evaluation.
    • I am aware and accept that value-added services, additional sessions and placement support provided by SKILS are free of cost and I am not being charged additionally for these services.
    • I am aware that SKILS provides placement assistance and not a placement guarantee. I may be provided with interview opportunities by SKILS, either directly or indirectly, and I will be responsible for preparing for, appearing in and clearing the interviews to receive an offer from recruiting companies.
    • SKILS has made it clear that I will not be given a choice of company or salary while appearing for placement interviews.
    • If I fail to clear interviews scheduled, organized or arranged by SKILS, directly or indirectly, it will be completely my responsibility. SKILS will not be held responsible for my failure, and I cannot claim any refund of fees for failing to clear or attend such interviews.
    • Cancellation of admission is possible only before one week from the start of the training. In case of cancellation before the start of training, applicable administrative charges will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded to the candidate.
    • Cancellation of admission once the course has started will not be possible and no refund will be provided. In such cases, an extension of admission or payment may be provided for completing the course.
    • If I am unable to attend the course due to personal or professional reasons, SKILS will not be responsible for my non-attendance and I cannot claim a refund by cancelling the admission.
    • The above Terms and Conditions are clear to me and I accept the same.

      • I am taking admission for the said course as mentioned in the enrollment form with SKILS.
      • I am made aware of the entire program structure, delivery mechanism and additional support by SKILS.
      • I agree that I will have to pay training charges as applicable and informed to SKILS, for undergoing training. Failing to pay the training charges will result in cancellation of training.
      • I am aware and accept that the fees I am paying is only for undergoing training.
      • I will be responsible for making my arrangement of system (PC) and internet for undergoing this training program.
      • SKILS at its sole discretion can change (increase or reduce) the training fees or run any promotional offers at anytime.       • I am made aware of the entire program structure, delivery mechanism and additional support by SKILS.
      • I agree that I will have to pay training and certification charges as applicable to SKILS, for undergoing training and to appear for global certification exam of SAP. Failing to pay the training and certification charges will result in cancellation of training.
      • I am aware and accept that the fees I am paying is only for undergoing training and certification exam.
      • I will be responsible for making my arrangement of system (PC) and internet for undergoing this training program.
      • SKILS at its sole discretion can change (increase or reduce) the training fees or run any promotional offers at anytime. Whatever fees is charged to me is explained to me and I accept the same. I will not have any objection henceforth on increase or reduction of fees by SKILS after my admission is done.
      • I will be responsible for attending all the sessions of training and evaluation as scheduled by SKILS.
      • I will have to appear for SAP Global Certification exam in the respective module that I am undergoing training in and clear it.
      • SAP at its sole discretion may change its certification offerings with respect to certification versions, validity, exam type, exam offering or exam fees time to time on which SKILS will not have any control. Whatever changes are done by SAP will be with effect as per SAP and the same is acceptable to me. I am made aware of this by SKILS.
      • I am aware that I will have maximum 4 attempts of global certification exam in the said fees which I paid. Out of these 4 attempts I can use maximum 3 attempts for 1 course. If I clear the exam in first attempt then I can use remaining attempts for additional certification I may want to appear. The validity for these 4 attempts is 12 months from the date of activation of login.
      • If I fail to utilize these attempts within the stipulated time period of 12 months and if remaining attempts expires SKILS will not be responsible for any such loss.
      • I am aware and accept that value added services, any additional sessions and placement support given by SKILS is absolutely free of cost and I am not being charged extra for that.
      • I am aware that SKILS provides unlimited placement assistance and not guarantee. I will be provided with interview opportunities by SKILS either directly or indirectly and I will need to prepare, appear and clear the same to get the offer from recruiting companies.
      • SKILS has made it clear to me that I will not be given a choice of company or salary while going for the placements interviews.
      • If I fail to clear in the interviews scheduled, organized or arranged by SKILS directly or indirectly it will be completely my responsibility and SKILS will not be held responsible for my failure.       • If I fail to clear the certification exam in 1 attempt, I will need to pay certification exam fees for 2nd attempt or 3rd attempt if I wish to appear for that attempt and whatever fees applicable at the time of payment.
      • I am aware and accept that value added services, any additional sessions and placement support given by SKILS is absolutely free of cost and I am not being charged extra for that.
      • I am aware that SKILS provides unlimited placement assistance and not guarantee. I will be provided with interview opportunities by SKILS either directly or indirectly and I will need to prepare, appear and clear the same to get the offer from recruiting companies.
