Role & Responsibility
- Tele calling email, telephonic and website leads
- Taking follow up of prospective leads and converting them in walk-in
- Career Counseling for walk in enquiries, follow up and closure of leads to business
- Achievement of targets as assigned month on month basis.
- Cold calling the database and generating leads
- Participating in field marketing activities, outdoor activities, carrying out marketing activities, college visit, corporate visits.
- Maintaining, tracking and updating leads data on daily basis. Updating follow-ups
- Maintaining all reports as given by management
- Communicating with students and following defined process.

Role & Responsibility
- Arranging fresher drives for candidates and ensuring maximum selection of our candidates

- Tapping opportunities for train and hire model
- Involves travelling in Pune, Mumbai and any other city if required
- Supporting Sales team in closing sales from Placements perspective
- Record keeping, tracking students profile, calls, selection and rejection analysis
- Any additional tasks assigned time to time as and when required
