Role & Responsibility

  • Tele calling email, telephonic and website leads
  • Taking follow up of prospective leads and converting them in walk-in
  • Career Counseling for walk in enquiries, follow up and closure of leads to business
  • Achievement of targets as assigned month on month basis.
  • Cold calling the database and generating leads
  • Participating in field marketing activities, outdoor activities, carrying out marketing activities, college visit, corporate visits.
  • Maintaining, tracking and updating leads data on daily basis. Updating follow-ups
  • Maintaining all reports as given by management
  • Communicating with students and following defined process.
  • Any other duties assigned time to time by superior

Role & Responsibility

  • Arranging fresher drives for candidates and ensuring maximum selection of our candidates
  • Visiting clients, giving presentation about organizations credentials, getting requirement for fresher hire, followup with clients.
  • Database generation, Lead generation, Calling, setting up appointments with HR Manager, CTO, PM, who takes care of recruitment for.
  • Arranging Career Fest Event exclusively for fresher and ensuring maximum selection.
  • Connecting with decision makers in hiring organisation companies, on social media groups and other forums
  • Tapping opportunities for train and hire model
  • Involves travelling in Pune, Mumbai and any other city if required
  • Supporting Sales team in closing sales from Placements perspective
  • Record keeping, tracking students profile, calls, selection and rejection analysis
  • Any additional tasks assigned time to time as and when required

    • Master data (Material, Customer, Conditions, Pricing), Credit Management, Retail Pricing, Promotions, Deals, Bonus Buy, SAP Inbounds, SAP Outbounds, etc
    • OTC Process- Doemstic/Exports, Deivery, PGI, Billing
    • SD/MM/FI Integration – Integration & interfaces
    • Integration knowledge, all Inbounds, Outbounds. IDOCs, Batch Jobs management in Retail system
  • Batch Jobs
    • Knowledge of job logs, monitoring, job scheduling, job variants, spool files, job docs, programs, steps, etc.
  • IDOCs
    • IDOCs reading, analysing, processing and debugging skills

 Good to have below skills:-

  • SAP Directories & SAP Tables
    • Exposure to different SAP directories on how to search
  • Interfaces
    • Exposure to interfaces with other systems
