SKILS has Refund / Cancellation policy for online purchase of any of our services or subscription to any of our course.
- Upon receipt of your order / payment, if you do not wish to continue with the service or training subscription you have opted for, you will have to contact us within 8 days from the date of purchase or payment.
- Write to firstname.lastname@example.org for enabling your refund if you do not wish to continue.
- When requesting a refund, you will need to provide complete details to us like your name, contact no., email id, training or service purchased or paid for, original mode of payment and payment receipt.
- Refund will be done to your original payment source and will be credited once your return is processed within 8 days.
- Service charges of 5% + 18% GST on 5% of original amount will be deducted and are non-refundable.
